Flexis is a new company in the green logistics sector, on a mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities.

We will become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months across 3 launch markets.

Flexis is seeking a Contract Manager to join our team in Lyon, France, for an 8-month fixed-term contract (CDD). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk for our organization.

• Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
• Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and draft contract documents
• Monitor contract performance and key deliverables, ensuring all parties meet their obligations
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation using contract management software
• Conduct financial analysis to assess contract profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Resolve contract disputes and lead negotiations for amendments or renewals
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Provide regular reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics to management
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and assess risks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Financial analysis skills to evaluate contract profitability and cost implications
• Contract Management certification (e.g., IACCM) is preferred
• Fluency in French and English is required
